As the first Australian branch of the international Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre (visit our mother school's website HERE), we offer training in the traditional Kung Fu styles of Chang Chuan and Hong Chuan, following the old principles of teaching the northern and southern styles together to give the student a well-rounded approach. We also offer the soft, internal Yang style Tai Chi.
In addition to regular classes, we offer day retreats in various topics and school holiday camps.
New beginner Kung Fu class - Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 6:30-7:30pm.
Senior Kung Fu class - Monday and Wednesday Evenings 6:30-7:30pm.
Tai Chi open classes - Monday to Thursday Evenings 7:30-8:30pm.
Informal extra training time - Sundays 10:00 - 11:30 am.
Please inquire if you would like to train outside of these scheduled class times.
